Arena
125' X 300' outdoor arena. Fully fenced, Arena Lights around the perimeter, sand mix footing, maintained well and worked regularly. Access to barrels, jump poles and standards, roping chute/ dummies and other training equipment.
Round Pen
60 ft. round pen. Solid fencing, big enough to work on the ground or under saddle, yet small enough to maintain control. Sand footing, Arena light for after dark.
Living Quarters
Large dry lot runs with 3-4 horses per pen. With solid 12'x16' or 12'x 24' shelters to keep your horse dry in the winter and cool in the summer. Horses have constant access to heated automatic waterers and lots of room for voluntary exercise. Pens are cleaned regularly to maintain a sanitary living environment for your horses. Motion lights throughout the facility, near all pens, arena, tack shed and trailer parking.
Tack Shed & Parking
Tack shed storage and trailer parking are both available.
